Refund Policy

Any change or cancellation of orders already placed must be notified by phone or email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 24 hours of placing the order.

If any unused item fails to meet your expectations, Sleepysportz in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC)  are happy to accept any items returned within 14 days, from date of delivery. (Cooling off period) in original packaging and re-saleable condition.

Returned items may be either exchanged or refunded.

A full refund will be applied after we have received the returned goods. Shipping costs for sending items out are non-refundable.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, though some costs may be refundable, with prior agreement. Sleepysportz  will not charge shipping costs for replacement of damaged items.

Want to change the sizes?
No problem, as long as we have the desired size in stock. Please ring us first and reserve the required item. Goods you wish to exchange must be in unworn ,original state. Once goods have been received, we will dispatch the new Goods. Customer is liable for any Postage costs occurred for this service.
